Hi Chandu, Gums that bleed are not healthy for your mouth or your body. Having gums that are constanly inflamed is not good for your over all health.

Chronic inflamation increases your risk for much more serious health issues. This article explains why.

It's good that you are concerned and want to improve your health.

If you don't have a dentist, you should find one and have a dental check up.

Most types of gum disease need professional treatment by a dentist or dental hygienist. But, what you do at home is also very important, so here's some help to get you started :)

This is what I recommend for gingivitis treatment.

It's great that you are brushing your teeth twice a day, now you need to be sure you are brushing properly.

Once you perfect your brushing technique, it's time to floss or use some other product for cleaning between your teeth where your toothbrush can't reach. Flossing is best but water irrigation appliances are great if you prefer not to floss. Waterpik flosser, Hydrofloss, or Showerfloss are some examples.

Since you mentioned that your gums bleed in the morning, I'm wondering if you have a dry mouth? Bleeding through your mouth instead of your nose will dry your mouth and make it harder for your gums to stay healthy.

Here is my advice to improve the symptoms of dry mouth.

Last but not least...

Here is an article on gum disease symptoms. If you have bleeding gums you might have other gum disease symptoms.

Remember to see your dentist:)
