how to cure gum disease

I have a lump behind one of my teeth and I have been flossing. And salt watering it. What eles shall I do?

Hi Mark, I'm not sure since it may or may not be gum disease. If it doesn't heal in a week to ten days, you should have it looked at by a dentist.
