Food stuck in back teeth.

Hi Shelly, My son has some orange stuff stuck in the surface of a back tooth. He has tried swishing with warm water, using a normal toothbrush, an electric toothbrush, poking at it with a toothpick, even chewing a very sticky toffee but it does not want to come out! It feels hard and I just cannot think of any food that he has eaten that would turn into cement! Any ideas before we head off to the dentist? Some tooth stains are orange and are impossible to remove with a toothbrush. Your dentist or hygienist should not have a problem getting it off:) Good Luck, ~Shelly~
